International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance (New York, 20 December 2006) became effective in Ukraine

On 13 September 2015 International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance (New York, 20 December 2006) became effective in Ukraine. A number of provisions of the Convention is not in line with Criminal Code of Ukraine, Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine. But these are details. Discount rate in Ukraine reduced by 5% and amounts 22% as from 25 September 2015

The Board of the National Bank of Ukraine passed new regulation №625 according to which the discount rate was set at 22% effective from 25 September 2015. Thus, discount rate was reduced by 5%. It is worth noting that discount rate of 27% was effective since 28 August 2015.[read more]
